Maybe it was when your dog barked at the wrong time, ignored a cue you’ve repeated a hundred times, or reacted in a way you didn’t expect. It’s a phrase many guardians carry but what if it’s keeping us from seeing the truth?
At Woof Houze, we believe behavior is communication, not defiance. Dogs don’t “know better” in the way humans think. What looks like stubbornness is often dysregulation, fear, overwhelm, or confusion.
This 90-minute conversation will help you:
Understand the difference between what we label disobedience and dysregulation
Recognize the hidden messages in your canine’s behavior
Reframe “knows better” moments as opportunities for connection
Explore why performance-based thinking harms both ends of the leash

A gentle, hands free-led adventure in the Fredericksburg and surrounding areas designed to help canines decompress, connect, and take in the world from their view. Most importantly at their pace. Guardians are guided through quiet, intentional movement without pressure to perform or socialize.

✨Echo Hour

After the Whisper Walk, come inside Woof Houze with your canines to relax, sip, and connect. Echo Hour is a joyful extension of the adventure. A time to breathe, share, and celebrate the rhythm we just built outdoors.

The Guardian Circle is a women-only, virtual gathering designed to create space for reflection, honesty, and restoration.
Here, guardians are invited to pause, breathe, and share in a circle of support free from judgment and performance.
This is not about training or fixing. It’s about community, clarity, and connection. A reminder that you are not walking this path alone.

On Saturday, November 1st from 4–6 PM, we’re turning Woof Houze into a place of hope and heart complete with a selfie station, pup costume showcase, treat tables, and our Wall of Hope to honor survivors and loved ones. Every dollar raised helps fuel research, support, and awareness for those fighting breast cancer.
